About the team and the role:

CRM Seller Programs team is a critical team within Global Marketing / Global CRM, passionate about driving growth of our business sellers.

The role of the CRM Seller Growth Lead is one of the 3 strategic pillars of CRM Seller Programs, alongside Seller Partnerships at Scale and Seller Foundations.

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of seller marketing communications through the CRM channels.

You will manage a team of expert marketing managers and will report to the Director of Global B2C Seller CRM.

In this role you will have an opportunity to build from scratch, together with your team, some of the first seller flagship programs and crafting message, audience, channel and contact strategy for those.

What you will accomplish:

  • With the new strategy of seller flagship programs and clearly defined goals for this year, this role offers a unique chance to create the seller narrative and establish a true dialogue and partnership with the business sellers portfolio, primarily in the US, CA, UK and DE, with a possibility to expand successful programs to other global markets (e.g. AU, IT).
  • You will develop a test & learn roadmap that will include current and new seller marketing channels, new messages, creative executions and leverage voice of the customer to tailor the communication to customer needs, ultimately hitting the customer centric goals for your function.
  • You will partner with the global and local seller initiative leaders, Seller Product, Marketing Tech, Global Creative, Enablement teams, Community & Engagement, Customer Service, Trust and other business partners in crafting cohesive end-to-end communication plans.
