Infoya, a global IT solutions provider, seeks a mid-to-senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable requirements. The role focuses on CRM initiatives, technology implementations, and enterprise transformation programs, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

The candidate will work in a hybrid Toronto office, interface with architects, developers, and vendors, and ensure traceability from business needs through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to understand needs and priorities.
• Translate requirements into clear business and functional specs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure shared understanding.
