Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $102,000.00 Annually

The following teams make up the Technology department: Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, Applications Development, Applications Support, Enterprise Value Delivery and Engineering. The group identifies and develops technological strategies that support GVI’s business goals and objectives to ensure internal and external partners are provided with stable systems. These include: all desktop, network, phone and email systems, applications (reservations and operations systems), websites, and Internet access.
The CRM Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and executing both automated and manual testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of CRM platforms and integrations that support sales, marketing, service, and operational teams. This role works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders to validate CRM functionality against business requirements and ensure solutions meet quality standards before release to production. The CRM Quality Assurance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that customer data, workflows, integrations, and reporting within CRM systems are accurate, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs . The CRM QA Engineer is responsible for the following results:
The preferred candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
; or three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
