Job summary

Mercor is seeking a data quality / CRM operations contractor to help evaluate AI-generated artifacts and ensure high standards of accuracy and presentation. You will work remotely, independent and asynchronous, delivering structured feedback to improve model outputs.

The role requires 5+ years in data quality or CRM operations, native or professional English, and mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Data quality / CRM operations.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
