This hybrid role involves leading CRM architecture activities, designing solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise & Solution Architecture the CRM Architect leads and supports architecture activities that guide the development and management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The role aligns CRM technologies with the organization’s broader technology landscape to address business needs and enhance stakeholder value. The architect designs and implements CRM solutions, including integrations, automations, and application interfaces/contracts.
The CRM Architect also provides architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the CRM domain. They propose standards, frameworks, and processes to support CRM initiatives and collaborate with enterprise architects, domain architects, consultants, and product teams to align solutions with the organization’s architecture principles and standards.
