We are currently seeking a CRM Administrator to join the Firm’s Commercial team based in our Halifax, NS office.

Opportunity:
A key member of the Commercial Team, this role provides primary ownership and responsibility for the maintenance of all data points/ records associated with the InTapp One Place for Business Development Client Relationship Management software (“CRM”), and the maintenance of the CRM itself. The role will be responsible for the regular updating and maintenance of client data and lawyer relationships in the CRM, managing the reliability of the data (including updating key contacts and removing duplicate entries on a regular basis). The role will also support the Firm’s business development activities by providing up to date contact information and lists.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience administering and supporting CRM platforms (DealCloud, InterAction, Salesforce or equivalent enterprise), in a professional services environment. They will also have clearly demonstrated experience with data governance/ data hygiene practices, user support training and workflow administration. Working closely with the Manager, Business Development & Pricing, they will lead the work of rolling out initiatives to increase usage of the CRM for business development activities across the Firm, including with lawyers and legal assistants.
This role will represent the Commercial Team in discussions and projects with the Firm’s IT and Risk Departments on the integration of the CRM with other InTapp properties across the Firm.
