Summary :

The CRM Administrator at GDI Integrated Facility Services is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role ensures data accuracy, system functionality, and user adoption to support business operations. The CRM Administrator will work cross-functionally to enhance reporting, automation, and efficiency while driving best practices for CRM utilization.

Role Responsibilities :

  • CRM System Management
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Configure and customize the CRM system to align with business processes.
  • Oversee user access, permissions, and security settings.
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure consistency in data entry, cleansing, and duplication.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
  • User Support & Trainings
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training to CRM users.
  • Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and system-related inquiries.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for best practices.
  • Process Optimization & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system functionality.
  • Implement automation for repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize CRM-related business processes.
  • Work with IT and other departments to integrate CRM with additional software and tools.
  • Ensure alignment between CRM functionalities and operational needs.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives that rely on CRM data.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, data management, or a related role.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and / or Salesforce required.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in CRM configuration, customization, and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of data management best practices, including data cleansing and integration.
  • Experience with automation tools, and workflows,

Soft Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
