Social Worker, Counsellor - Trauma Response

Location: BC, Alberta, Yukon, NWT (any location)

Summary:

You will be providing group Critical Incident Response to TELUS Health's organizational clients as an independent contractor.

What you will do:

• Provide Critical Incident Response to our organizational clients;
• Travel to on-site locations in BC, AB, YT, NWT as required;
• Manage administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's Trauma department.

Who we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, or social work;
• Registration with a College or Association, and valid professional liability insurance;
• CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset;
• Experience delivering group debriefing and/or running counselling groups;
• Ability to convey sensitivity, professionalism, and an effective approach when facilitating interventions within the corporate environment;
• Flexibility to respond to client needs.
