We’re looking for a Crew Product Lead for WMPI to:

• Define the long-term platform strategy to modernize and upgrade IT systems in Canada, ensuring alignment with the business growth agenda and evolving market needs.
• Lead ongoing projects and initiatives from a business perspective, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive plans to upgrade key technology systems, including CRM, client digital platforms, and core banking applications, over the coming years.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategy with the business’s overall objectives and priorities in Canada.
• Monitor progress of projects through key performance indicators, reporting outcomes and risks to key stakeholders as necessary.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between technology teams, WMPI, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

In our agile operating model, Crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous Pods. You’ll be working in the Americas team in Canada, Toronto focusing on defining the platform strategy and roadmap to make modular and incremental improvements to the Wealth Management platform.
