Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is hiring a Late Night/Overnight Crew Member in the Victoria area. Shifts run 10pm–7am, seven days a week, with hourly wages starting at $18.40 (PT) or $19.10 (FT) plus a $1.00 shift premium for late shifts.

No experience is required, and we welcome newcomers to a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment. You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare food and drinks, and keep everything clean and safe.

• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and assemble mobile and delivery orders.
• Prepare food and drinks and ensure quality.
• Keep surfaces clean and sanitary.
• Restock and rotate inventory and assist with opening preparations.

Late Night/Overnight Crew Member

Shift Availability: Between the hours of 10pm - 7am, Monday - Sunday

The starting hourly wage is $18.40 or $19.10 (depending on Part-Time or Full-Time) with a $1.00 Shift Premium for certain shifts starting after 10pm.

The Job

• Maintaining high productivity and multitasking skills
• Strong initiative to complete tasks on time
• Greeting guests, taking orders, assembling and packaging mobile and delivery orders
• Food and drink preparation
• Communicate effectively with peers and Managers
• Assist with cleaning key restaurant equipment
• Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our guests, fellow crew members, and yourself
• Responsibilities may include: deep cleaning, equipment maintenance, restocking, inventory rotation, and preparing the restaurant for the morning shift
