Job summary

McDonald’s Canada in Sidney, BC is hiring a Morning/Closing Crew Member to greet guests, take orders, process payments and help with drink and food prep. The role supports a fast-paced, team-driven environment with rotating morning and closing shifts and opportunities to work across dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders.

No prior experience is required, and we value trustworthiness, reliability, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Morning/Closing Crew Member

Shift Availability: 11pm OR 12am (midnight) finish

The starting hourly wage is $18.40, or $19.10 for employees working 30+ hours per week!

The Job
