We are offering both full-time and part-time general labour positions to motivated, coachable individuals who want to join our business. We are particularly interested in skilled labourers who enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to do an excellent job.

Requirements :

• Some experience with hands-on work is preferred (no professional experience necessary). Training will be provided on lawn care and painting/staining projects, and you will become proficient quickly!
• Must have own car or reliable transportation

Responsibilities :

• Complete projects from start to finish, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Keep work sites and projects clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners to ensure satisfaction
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around work sites

Compensation :

• $15-$20/hr depending on experience and responsibilities
