Requirements :

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary). You will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects and will become proficient in no time!
• Must have your own car or reliable transportation

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, maintaining a high standard of quality and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized site and project environment.
• Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner.
• Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work sites.

Compensation :

• $15-$20/hr depending on experience and responsibility.
