Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Crew Member located in Oshawa, ON. The Crew Member will be responsible for tasks such as window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, siding, power washing, weeding, and other maintenance duties. They will work under the supervision of an experienced Franchise Owner to deliver high-quality services to customers and a welcoming environment and ultimately a fun summer! Must be available to work from the beginning of May to the end of June of 2025, with about 30-36 hours per week. $18.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Hardworking individual willing to put in time and effort
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to perform manual labour and work with heights up to 32 ft on ladders
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing to work in hot summer conditions
