Requirements :

• Some experience with hands-on work preferred (no professional experience necessary); training provided on lawn care and painting/staining projects, so you will become proficient quickly!
• Own a car or have reliable transportation

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the overall completion of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency from start to finish
• Keep the site and project organized and clean
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners to deliver quality and satisfaction
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around work sites

Compensation :

• $17 - $22 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities
