We provide high-quality home services such as lawn care and painting/staining for both interior and exterior projects.

We are committed to transforming the homes of our local residential communities and leaving homeowners in awe of the transformation. We offer both full-time and part-time general labor positions to motivated, coachable individuals interested in joining our business. We are particularly looking to hire skilled laborers who enjoy outdoor work and are motivated to do an excellent job.

Requirements:

• Some experience with hands-on work is preferred (no professional experience necessary); training will be provided on lawn care and painting/staining projects, so you can become proficient quickly.
• Own reliable transportation or a car.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely execution from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners to ensure satisfaction.
• Distribute flyers and conduct door-to-door marketing in neighborhoods around work sites.

Compensation:

• $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
