We provide high-quality home services such as lawn care and painting/staining for both interior and exterior projects.

We are committed to transforming the homes of our local residential communities and leaving our homeowners in awe of the transformation. We are offering both full-time and part-time general labour positions to the most motivated, coachable individuals to join our business. We are looking to hire skilled labourers who enjoy working outside and are motivated to do an excellent job.

Requirements:

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary); training will be provided on lawn care and painting/staining projects, so you can become proficient quickly!
• Must have own car or reliable transportation
• Positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
• Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area
• Ensure quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work sites

Compensation:

• $15-$20 per hour depending on experience and responsibility
