Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers by providing proper instructions, distributing and balancing the workload, inspecting work performed, reinforcing safety standards, complying with company policies, and ensuring proper discipline.
- Ensure the timely completion of all maintenance projects.
- Manage paperwork related to ordering necessary parts and coordinate their timely delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving, taking a hands-on role as necessary.
- Complete all logbook entries, work orders, and crew passovers.
- Ensure the airworthiness of all aircraft maintained by Skyservice FBO.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including day, night, and evening shifts.
- Assume all duties of the Coordinator in their absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Valid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1 licenses.
- Knowledge of MCM and paperwork systems.
- Ability to supervise a crew of maintenance employees.
- Confident team player with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills.
Education:
- Completed Aircraft Engineer College Program.
