Job description

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Crew Chief will be responsible for managing and conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

Responsibilities

  1. Review weekly work orders and communicate with administration as needed.
  2. Check routing and directions for each job.
  3. Submit daily job completion reports to the Office Administrator.
  4. Inspect materials and equipment required for scheduled jobs and ensure they are loaded on company vehicles before leaving the office.
  5. Create requisitions for materials and equipment needed for pickup at the end of each week.

Client Site Duties

  1. Complete jobs according to specifications and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Inspect completed work to meet ServiceMaster standards and client requirements.
  3. Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously.
  4. Engage genuinely with clients to provide excellent service.

General Duties

  1. Maintain all equipment and vehicles in proper working order.
  2. Keep the interior of service vehicles neat and clean.
  3. Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
  4. Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.
  5. Build positive relationships with clients.
  6. Adhere to all safety and workplace policies.
  7. Perform additional duties as required.

  • Moderate sensory effort.
  • Low risk of adverse working conditions.

Compensation: $21.00/hour
