REPORTS TO : Mitigation Manager LOCATION : Ottawa, ON, Canada A is a leader who supports multiple crews, with substantial experience across all disaster types in both residential and commercial claims. They possess in-depth knowledge and expertise across all types of disasters, both in residential and commercial claims. Their role is critical in ensuring that all crew members are well-coordinated and equipped with the necessary skills and resources to handle any situation that arises. Additionally, they act as a liaison between their team and the clients, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective. A Crew Chief works under the general supervision of the Mitigation Manager. They are responsible for leading their direct crew and setting an excellent example for the department and all other Crew Chiefs and their crew members. They have the ability, confidence, and knowledge to lead multiple crews when responding to all emergency services activities and ensure that they are completed following the Paul Davis Way. The Crew Chief sets the highest standard for the department and has the following essential responsibilities and tasks (illustrative, not inclusive) :
