What We Need

The Crew Accommodations Agent at CORPAY’s Airline Division – TA CONNECTIONS is responsible for overseeing and coordinating hotel and ground transportation bookings for our Client’s Crew members. This role also involves coordinating workflow between in-person clients and our remote support staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The agent manages reservations, emails, chats, phone calls, and direct interactions, ensuring seamless resolution of booking issues by following Standard Operating Procedures and escalating to remote leadership as needed.

How We Work

As a Crew Accommodations Agent, you will work onsite at our client’s office in Calgary, AB. Corpay will support your success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Calgary, AB.
  • Company-issued equipment.
Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Booking hotels and ground transportation for the client.
  2. Processing inbound and outbound calls from airline clients and suppliers professionally.
  3. Handling inbound chats from airline clients promptly and professionally.
  4. Responding to all client requests in a timely manner per defined service levels.
  5. Gathering and escalating relevant information regarding complaints and inquiries.
  6. Researching and resolving customer issues.
  7. Participating in department and team meetings as directed by the supervisor.
  8. Escalating urgent issues to the acting leader on duty.
  9. Adhering to company and department policies, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should possess:

  • Willingness to work onsite in the office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills, including a typing speed of at least 30 wpm and good internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to learn and operate multiple PC and web-based applications.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clear and professional telephone voice, proper grammar, and pronunciation.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • 1 to 2 years of crew scheduling, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary range is $20.00 CAD, subject to factors such as experience, skills, and organizational needs.
