RBC in Toronto is seeking an Analyst/Associate to support credit and transaction management for multinational corporate relationships. You will work closely with Corporate Banking and Global Markets to manage a portfolio within RBC Capital Markets' Global Credit division, delivering credit and banking services across a diverse set of borrowers.

The role covers underwriting support, facility reviews, KYC and documentation accuracy, and collaboration with internal partners to satisfy regulatory,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering mathematics or related field.
• 1-5 years experience in banking or corporate lending, finance or risk management or related credit processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to read and understand complex legal documents and credit agreements.
• Strong credit and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Credit facility management for a portfolio of borrowers including multinational and large corporates.
• Provide underwriting support to Corporate Banking and Global Transaction Banking teams.
• Develop expertise in assigned portfolio, ensuring policy compliance and timely regulatory/audit responses.
• Perform annual facility reviews and ensure credit, trading and transactional limits remain appropriate.
• Conduct thorough reviews of credit documentation and maintain data integrity in systems.
• Engage with CB, GTB, GRM, and treasury groups to coordinate credit and product policies.
• Complete ad-hoc projects and support OSFI requests, audits and internal reviews.
