Summary

  • Job : An assessment of credit risk control framework for commercial real estate lending (CRE) guided by regulatory expectation and industry standard assessment criteria.
  • Activities : Review of 20 sample CRE credit files for assessment of underwriting quality and account management, where applicable (across the 2 institutions).

Role Deliverables

  • Documented assessment of underwriting and, where applicable, account management at the file level for sample files in a predetermined format.
  • Documented list of identified deficiencies supported by robust, evidence-based rationales.
