This role responsible for providing pre-disbursement credit checking services to ensure all requirements are met.

What you will do

• Responsible for conducting pre-disbursement credit checking checks to ensure all requirements and conditions in the credit / cooperation agreement are met.
• Monitor transactions within the bank’s system to ensure smooth operation and seamless integration with partner systems.
• Accountable for monitoring and managing all the credit-related transactions including repayment and covenant monitoring, and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders for loan maintenance activities.
• Responsible for coordinating with debtors and partners to ensure the implementation of credit transactions in compliance with the provisions set by the credit committee.
• Conducting periodic maintenance activities including reconciliation processes, coordinating the resolution of complaints.

What you need to have

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry, such as banking or multi-finance within related functions (credit administration, credit services, credit acceptance, or loan operations), with a preference for candidates experienced in executing indirect financing partnerships (including channeling and joint financing schemes).
• Prior experience in handling loan products and a strong understanding of credit products and processes.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with proficiency in data analysis and numerical interpretation.
• Excellent skills in Excel and data management are required. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced capabilities in data handling and maintenance, experience managing and processing large datasets, as well as proficiency in data-related applications or tools.
• Enjoys challenges, a fast learner with high motivation and perseverance in exploring new concepts or schemes. Proactive in communication and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
