- Credit Management – Prepare credit applications (iCap and CLASS CIBC credit platforms), partner with Wealth Risk Management in negotiating credit terms, assist with loan documentation and liaise with back-office on security documentation. Help manage the existing complex credit book with a focus on expiries, identifying expiries ahead of time and coordinating with Private Bankers/Associates to ensure proper monitoring and reviews. Provide credit structuring guidance and advice to Private Banking Advisors and local leadership.
- Deal Summaries – Support leadership in preparing deal summaries on large credit requests to enable early engagement with senior leadership within Private Banking and Wealth Risk Management.
