Job description

This Role is responsible to carry out the Legal Loan Operations function to support business growth and ensure compliance with legal aspects in order to protect the Bank’s security and interests.

What you will do

• Responsible for the credit agreement / cooperation agreement and collateral binding process, starting from draft preparation to the completion of the agreement / binding process, carried out properly in accordance with the Bank’s regulations and prevailing legal provisions.
• Conduct regular reviews of agreement / contract drafts that need to be periodically reviewed to protect the interests of the Bank.
• Verify the completeness and validity of all documents required from the debtor / partner and collateral before proceeding with the credit and collateral binding process, in accordance with applicable procedures / regulations.
• Responsible for the administration of all cooperation agreement / credit and collateral binding documents, including re-checking the content of deeds / credit agreements and collateral bindings to ensure all contents are accurate and signed by authorized parties.

What you need to have

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Law)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal loan operations at a Bank or working at a notary office, particularly in handling credit agreements and collateral binding for Banks
