Hays is proud to be working with a fast-growing manufacturing organisation that is looking to add an enthusiastic Credit Controller to their finance team due to increased workload from company growth.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the management of a portfolio of client accounts
  • Onboarding and managing new accounts
  • Ensuring outstanding accounts are collected
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Resolving internal and external queries
  • Conducting weekly debt reviews
  • Forecasting unexpected payments
  • Updating progress on outstanding accounts
  • Raising credit paperwork and issuing copies of invoices and credits
  • Chasing and resolving debts
  • Processing funds, taking payments, and uploading payments from branches
What you'll need to succeed

You should be a motivated credit professional with experience in a similar role, comfortable communicating at all levels within an organization. Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel are essential.
