Fitch Ratings is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join its Structured Credit group in Toronto.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyze new ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) using proprietary models.
- Review transaction documents to identify credit risks.
- Prepare and present rating conclusions to the credit committee.
- Draft commentary reports on rating actions to inform market participants.
- Participate as a credit committee member for rating assignments in the Structured Credit sector.
- Contribute to research publications.
You May Be a Good Fit If
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, accounting, or economics.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with CLOs or Structured Finance.
- You have strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail.
- You can listen actively and incorporate others’ perspectives in a team environment.
- You demonstrate responsibility, initiative, and self-management.
- You have a keen interest in capital markets and structured finance.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
