Fitch Ratings is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join its Structured Credit group in Toronto.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Analyze new ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) using proprietary models.
• Review transaction documents to identify credit risks.
• Prepare and present rating conclusions to the credit committee.
• Draft commentary reports on rating actions to inform market participants.
• Participate as a credit committee member for rating assignments in the Structured Credit sector.
• Contribute to research publications.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, accounting, or economics.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with CLOs or Structured Finance.
