Job description

Kelly's customer, a long-standing Canadian Business that continues to grow, is looking for a Temp-to-Perm Credit/Administrative Assistant to work out of their Putnam, ON, Office, providing Credit and Administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Request updated credit information from a high volume of customers via email, mail, and Versapay.
  • Advise customers of updated Terms & Conditions.
  • Retain and file documentation.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage data entry in Agre and Shared Drive.
  • Pull credit reports of applications for review.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Credit experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with DocuSign is an asset.
