We`re looking for a Manager of Creators Partnerships from Canada or the USA.

As a Creator Partnerships Manager you will oversee a critical team - the Creator Partnerships Team - to ensure the success and satisfaction of our diverse community of creators.

  • Responsibilities : Serve as a public-facing representative of the Creator Partnerships team at events, conferences, and in meetings with creators and partners.

    Support the Acquisitions team in developing marketing strategies to attract high-value creators aligned with our brand.

    Lead community-building efforts, ensuring a positive, inclusive environment that encourages learning and engagement.

    Oversee the creation of content and tutorials that showcase creators, support onboarding, and highlight platform tools.

    Manage relationships with studios, agencies, and production partners to drive collaboration and growth.

    Plan and execute events and campaigns to attract and engage creators both online and in-person.

    Expand our presence in external communities and forums , driving awareness and new sign-ups.

    Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform features based on creator feedback and needs.

    Partner with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and boost platform visibility.

    Be open and available for international travel as needed for events and relationship-building.

    Skills and qualifications : 3-5 years of work experience in community management, influencer relations, or a similar role.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms and online content creation.

    Comfortable learning and explaining the functionality of new digital tools and features. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and drive results.

    Leadership experience managing teams and fostering a positive work culture.

    Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work across a multifunctional team as well as independently.

    Fluent in English, spoken and written.
