Responsibilities
  • Set creative vision and develop strategic plans prioritizing opportunities for business results for clients and Meta.
  • Build relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agencies to position Meta for success with large-scale companies.
  • Create inspiring, influential creative solutions that drive client action.
  • Operationalize data, metrics, and insights-driven approaches to identify challenges, track progress, and ensure sustainable long-term growth.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional partnerships, aligning goals for collaborative success.
  • Learn quickly to decode and deploy emerging experiences aligned with Meta's technology.
  • Identify client creative challenges and develop, deploy, and scale innovative ideas and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Over 2 years of creative experience impacting large-scale/complex organizations, especially with nontraditional advertising partners in AI, Messaging, Gaming, AR, etc.
  • Creative fluency across Meta's ad products like Reels, Feed, Messaging.
  • Hands-on experience creating persuasive presentations, mockups, and videos.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience/knowledge in AI.
  • Consultancy background.
  • Experience/knowledge in data science.
