A leading consumer finance platform seeks a Creative Producer to enhance its ad pipeline. This role involves project management of ad production, working closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure high-quality, on-brand content. Ideal candidates will have a background in social media and a keen eye for detail, as well as experience in user-generated content best practices.
Bree is a consumer finance platform that brings better, faster, and cheaper financial services to over half the Canadian population who live paycheck to paycheck. We operate in a huge but overlooked market. Our first act is becoming the cheapest and best provider of short-term credit to the 20 million people in Canada who live paycheck to paycheck. More than 400,000 Canadians have already signed up with Bree and we believe we are just scratching the surface. We are in an exciting place where we have product-market fit, explosive growth, and a clear path to becoming one of the most important fintech companies in Canada.
We have 8-figures of annualized revenue, double-digit monthly growth, profitability, and had 0 voluntary employee churn. We were part of Y Combinator in 2021 and raised a $2M seed round shortly after.
We’re looking for a nimble Creative Producer to turbo-charge our ad pipeline. You’ll partner with our Creative Strategist to transform ideas into production-ready briefs and own delivery of content from concept to launch—delivering more high-impact Bree ads, faster.
Draft and refine production-ready creative briefs (concept, deliverables, specs, deadlines) across UGC, statics, motions, etc
Source and onboard creators who align with Bree’s mission and audience.
Project-manage each ad from ideation through edits, ensuring on-brand output and rapid turnaround.
Maintain an organized asset library of references, scripts, and finished ads.
Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to iterate on winning hooks and retire under-performers.
Liaise with Growth to track creative performance and feed insights back into new briefs.
Uphold Bree’s brand guidelines and compliance requirements across all creator content.
A social media following to prove you understand what good content is
High attention to detail and pride in your work - the devil is in the details of iteration
Strong project-management chops; you keep multiple productions moving on tight deadlines.
Familiarity with UGC best practices: vertical 9 : 16, 12-25 s runtime, safe-zone text, natural lighting, clear audio.
Comfort reviewing edits in tools like Frame.io, Dropbox Replay, or similar.
Excellent written communication and a knack for friendly, empowering brand voices.
