Your Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of research, copywriting, and performance marketing. Success means uncovering insights, writing hooks that stop the scroll, and delivering creative briefs that fuel ads designed to convert.

Responsibilities
  • Research audience motivations, objections, and language
  • Develop creative strategies that drive measurable results
  • Write hooks, scripts, and direct-response ad copy
  • Create clear briefs for editors and designers
  • Analyze campaign data to refine angles and messaging
  • Collaborate with founder and creative team on strategy
  • Present insights and rationale on select client calls
You Bring
  • Portfolio of direct-response ads with proven results
  • Copywriting chops across hooks, benefits, and CTAs
  • Familiarity with UGC, advertorials, unboxings, POV ads
  • Analytical mindset linking data to creative direction
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • DTC or newsletter growth experience (preferred, not required)
Bonus Points
  • Experience presenting creative ideas to clients
  • Background in B2C, newsletters, or e-commerce campaigns
