Job summary

Harlo Entertainment, based in Toronto, is seeking a Creative Producer to craft visual concepts and video content that inform, inspire and amplify our brand across a growing portfolio of brands.

You will lead videography, editing and design across marketing channels, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver polished, on-brand content and stay ahead of trends in social and digital media.

Qualifications

• Experience applying visual storytelling to marketing content across multiple brands.
• Proficiency with videography, video editing and photography would be beneficial.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio of design and motion work demonstrating aesthetics and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, social media, events, and promotional materials.
• Create innovative designs, visuals and concepts aligned with marketing goals of portfolio brands.
• Develop design assets for websites, socials, email marketing, print materials and promotional materials.
• Support content ideas and storytelling concepts for social and digital channels with Marketing & Creative team.
• Monitor posted content to analyze campaign performance and outreach.
• Organize and maintain design records across portfolio.
• Stay up to date with social, design and tech trends.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Harlo Entertainment is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our exciting, fast-paced team as a Creative Producer. As a Creative Producer you will create visual concepts and video content that inform, inspire and embody our vision and amplify our brand awareness across our portfolio companies.

What you’ll do

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, social media, events, and promotional materials, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Create innovative and entertaining designs, visuals and concepts that align with the marketing direction and goals of our portfolio brands.
• Assist in developing, creating and producing design assets for websites, socials, email marketing, print materials (i.e. menus), brand, and promotional materials.
• Support the development of content ideas, formats, and storytelling concepts for social and digital channels, in partnership with the Marketing & Creative team.
• Assist in monitoring posted content across our portfolio to analyze the campaign's success and outreach.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining our design records across our portfolio.
• Learn and stay up to date with social, design and technological trends.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• You love to be creative and enjoy communicating a story through visuals and graphics
• You are self-motivated and have strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong, hands-on experience with videography, video editing, and photography
• You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• You are proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) and comfortable producing polished short-form video for social and digital channels
• You can work independently and meet deadlines
• You can build strong, positive, and collaborative relationships across our portfolio
• You have a strong portfolio of graphic design work, along with video/motion editing samples (reel preferred)
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Graphic design experience 2+ years, including video editing, and Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or other related fields (preferred)
