About The Team And Business Line
The Citco Experience Design group has been created to deliver strategic capabilities to a range of enterprise initiatives. The mission of this group is to deliver value through Design practice to arenas such as CX, Digital Transformation, process and organizational design, and product design. The group is committed to delivery of world-class products and experiences, to deliver value and differentiate Citco’s services to our global customer base.
CXD will champion and resource Design practice to deliver sustainable competitive advantage to Citco.
The Creative Director role is a newly created position to drive strategic impact of Design through creative direction of digital projects, aligned to brand strategy and objectives. The Creative Director will drive the evolution of Citco’s visual identity in digital experiences through cutting-edge practice and engage with executive stakeholders in customer-facing innovation projects. This perspective complements Citco’s commitment to user-centered Design, with a focus on visual impact, and expression of the brand, and will partner with CX, marketing and branding leadership. In addition, the Creative Director will engage across Citco business lines and service offerings to explore opportunities for creative impact.
The creation of the role marks a unique opportunity to contribute to a comprehensive refresh of Citco’s Design System and UX strategy. The role includes delivery to individual projects, creative oversight across a program of projects, and line management of a pod of Designers.
The position is based in Toronto and may require some international travel to other Citco locations. This position reports to the Director of Design in Toronto, as a core member of global Design leadership. The successful candidate will interact with CX leadership, business stakeholders, customers, marketing, and technology groups.
