Job summary

Altudo is seeking a Creative Director to lead customer engagement innovation and define the creative vision across digital experiences, brand storytelling, and design transformation initiatives.

You will guide the end-to-end creative process from strategy to execution, shaping Altudo's experience design capability and collaborating with strategy, UX, technology, marketing, and client services for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading creative direction for enterprise digital experiences.
• Agency/consulting background with proven experience leading client presentations, creative pitches, workshops, and enterprise storytelling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand building, experience design, visual language, UI/UX, and digital campaign work.

We are looking for a Creative Director who can lead customer engagement innovation and define the creative vision across digital experiences, brand storytelling, and design transformation initiatives.

As Creative Director, you will guide the end-to-end creative process - from strategic conceptualization and experience design to visual direction and execution - while helping establish and scale Altudo's experience design capability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, UX, technology, marketing, and client services to create impactful digital experiences for enterprise clients.

This role also offers a unique opportunity to influence and lead Altudo's own brand transformation as we continue to strengthen our positioning as a Digital Experience agency. Over time, the role is designed to evolve into broader business and practice leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Altudo's brand as that of an experience design firm
• Collaborate with content production and leadership teams to shape firm messaging strategy.
• Stay updated on design methodologies, design toolsets, and front-end creative technologies to position Altudo as a market leader.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading creative direction for enterprise digital experiences, including large websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong agency/consulting background with proven experience leading client presentations, creative pitches, workshops, and enterprise storytelling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand building, experience design, visual language, UI/UX, and digital campaign work.
• Expertise in Figma, Design Systems, Atomic Design, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern digital design methodologies.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, usability, heuristic principles, and digital experience platforms/CMS ecosystems.
• Ability to collaborate with business development, strategy, UX, and technology teams to shape and win digital transformation opportunities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire creative teams.
