Responsibilities
  • Craft persuasive, performance-driven copy across all channels and formats: YouTube Ad Scripts (and occasionally TV ad scripts), Email Marketing Flows & Campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, video editors, and art directors to bring campaigns to life.
  • Translate brand insights into messaging that not only converts but also feels bold, fresh, and emotionally engaging.
  • Propose creative ideas and copy angles that break patterns, grab attention, and drive results.
  • Adapt brand voice across multiple clients, from emerging startups to established DTC brands.

  • Direct Response Mastery: You know how to write copy that sells! Sharp, emotional, and engineered for conversions.
  • DTC & E-commerce Familiarity: You understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the space.
  • Creative Courage: You’re not afraid to push boundaries and bring out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
  • Brand Voice Chameleon: You can slip into any tone: playful, premium, or disruptive, without losing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration-Ready: You love working in teams and believe the best ideas are built together.
  • More Than ChatGPT: Tools are fine, but your true skill is rooted in psychology, storytelling, and persuasion.

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9–5 EST
  • Location: Remote (our team is global, but operates on EST hours)
