Job summary

WorkStaff360 Inc. in Toronto seeks a Creative Designer with experience in US graphic design to join our Operations team.

You will design social media visuals, banners, promotional graphics, and advertising creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You will produce 2D animations and motion graphics, create illustrations, edit videos, and develop storyboards while ensuring brand consistency and adapting assets for multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio with social media creatives and digital assets.
• Hands-on experience with video editing, motion graphics, and 2D animation.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver editable files.

Responsibilities

Hard Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative design, multimedia design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in graphic design, social media creatives, advertising materials, and digital content production.
• Hands-on experience with video editing, motion graphics, and 2D animation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard creative software, such as:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Canva
  • Other relevant graphic design and video editing applications
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create platform-specific creatives for social media and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with different video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and export requirements.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video production, animation, and design enhancement.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, accept constructive feedback, and deliver quality work within deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone

Offer and Benefits:

• Weeks 1-4: $6 CAD/hour
• Weeks 5-8: $7 CAD/hour
• Weeks 9 onwards: $8 CAD/hour
