Key Responsibilities :

  • Digital Strategy : Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation : Craft engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our website, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Design Expertise : Design and produce high-quality print materials (brochures, flyers, posters) and digital assets to support marketing initiatives, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Website Management : Maintain and update the school's website to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and functionality.
  • Multimedia Production : Capture photos and videos during events, and create compelling visual content (both digital and print) that enhances the brand's presence.
  • Email Marketing : Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and mass communications.
  • Analytics and Insights : Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to refine strategies and drive measurable results.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience in photography and video editing to create high-quality multimedia content.
  • Proven ability in website management, including content updates and maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
