What you’ll accomplish with us
  • Manage the creation, execution, and follow‑up of promotional documents, informational materials, and communication tools;
  • Plan and carry out marketing activities while meeting deadlines;
  • Update promotional documents and integrate them into digital platforms;
  • Develop tools, printed or electronic, to support marketing strategies aimed at reaching various audiences and distribution networks;
  • Oversee the graphic production of advertising materials and ensure quality control;
  • For initiatives under your responsibility, ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the stakeholder validation process.
What could accelerate your success in this role
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or any related field;
  • Is recognized for creativity, efficiency, and proactivity in executing work;
  • Stands out for a strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and organization (able to manage multiple projects simultaneously);
  • Demonstrates the ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment;
  • Has an intermediate level of English, both spoken and written, as you will be required to create and execute promotional content and marketing initiatives in English, and collaborate with internal and external unilingual English‑speaking partners on a weekly basis;
  • Has an advanced level of French, both spoken and written, as you will be required to create and execute promotional content and marketing initiatives in French, and collaborate with internal and external unilingual French‑speaking partners on a weekly basis.
