Job Title: Postdoctoral Fellow

Headline: We are seeking a driven postdoctoral fellow interested in gaining experience within a combined academic and industry environment. The ideal candidate works well independently and collaboratively, with broad experience in single-cell genomics protocols, embryogenesis, stem cell cultures, and extensive wet-lab skills. You will join our GAPP Project team, working directly with Dr. Petropoulos and Juniper Genomics to enhance IVF outcomes.

Background:

The Petropoulos lab is a prominent academic research group leading in multi-omics studies of early human development and fertility. Their work at CRCHUM and the Karolinska involves advanced molecular biology techniques such as single-cell genomic sequencing, RNA FISH, imaging, phenotyping, and bioinformatics, using both in vitro and in vivo models. Juniper Genomics is a seed-stage start-up leveraging genomics and data science to improve IVF success rates and accessibility, committed to rigorous science and ethical practices.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize protocols for single-cell genomics and cell handling
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate wet-lab pipeline performance

Qualifications:
