Job Description

What you’re responsible for:

• Safely operatinga crane to lift, move, and position metal materials within the facility
• Lifting and transporting metal materials using attachments such as magnets or grapples, and safely placingthem in designated areas or processing equipment
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and load security
• Collaboratingand communicatingeffectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel
• Conducting pre and post inspections of the crane, including overall crane maintenance
• Operatingthe following heavy equipment: Crane, Shear, Loader

Qualifications

To join our team:

• You hold a Crane Operator certification and/or equivalent experience
• You have a minimum of 1 yearof experience operating a crane in a heavy industrial setting
• You have great attention to detail and the ability to accurately position and handle different types of metal materials
• You have a solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation and material handling
• You are familiarwith various crane attachments, such as magnets or grapples
