Job description

The role of the CPFR Analyst is to efficiently maximize on-shelf stock availability and minimize unproductive inventory in the supply network by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders on planning, forecasting, and replenishment. The goal is to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right amount, providing consumers with an optimal experience.

As the primary contact for the customer's Supply Chain team, you will actively collaborate on promotional planning, forecasting, promotional execution, and inventory replenishment. Developing a deep understanding of the customer's ways of working and providing insightful recommendations are key to maintaining a high-quality relationship.

Your knowledge of the customer plays a vital internal role in supporting Customer Development for the successful execution of innovations and promotions, offering unique insights through analysis. You will also provide insights and recommendations to support the SOP process for critical decisions on sales goals and production planning.

Your success is measured by achieving product fill rate goals, delivering target returns on inventory investment, supporting sales growth, proactively predicting future demand, and resolving supply chain disconnects between internal plans and customer requirements.

Achieving these goals will enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales for both Unilever Canada and our customers.
