Key Responsibilities

Client Growth & Relationship Management

• Engage with clients and nurture long-term relationships
• Identify opportunities to add value and expand services
• Support business development efforts through networking and outreach
• Guide pricing decisions and client acceptance processes

Technical & Advisory Leadership

• Manage client engagements and tax planning strategies
• Oversee quality control and compliance with professional standards
• Conduct financial analysis and provide business advisory services
• Mentor and support junior team members

Team & Firm Development

• Lead team meetings and provide mentorship
• Foster a collaborative, forward-thinking firm culture
• Participate in professional development and community initiatives
• Contribute to operational improvements and strategic growth
