Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and execution of Eastern Canada’s CPA program strategy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for CPA students, mentors, human capital, and program leaders, providing guidance, orientation, training, and sharing best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with CPA practical experience requirements in PERT / PERL by reviewing related reports and submissions.
  • Maintain accurate and current CPA information in MNP’s student tracking profiles and review for completeness.
  • Prepare and communicate about annual student renewal fees and initial registrations; handle ad hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate student consent for exam result releases and review related reports during exam periods.
  • Manage CFE gift selection, coordination, and delivery.
  • Liaise with CPA bodies in Eastern Canada as needed.
  • Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences; apply learning to the workplace.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary education or certification in a related field plus at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Self-starter with high initiative.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of the CPA program and PERT / PERL is an asset.
