The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) seeks a CPA for the Registration, Inspections & Examinations division. In this full-time role, you will conduct compliance reviews of market participants, ensuring adherence to securities laws. Ideal candidates will possess CPA membership and have experience in audit and assurance, along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Registration, Inspections & Examinations (RIE) division is seeking a CPA to conduct risk-based reviews of market participants in the securities industry.
RIE oversees dealers, advisers, investment fund managers, derivative firms, and other market participants relied upon by the public. Using a risk-based approach, RIE manages the registration and compliance reviews of registered firms and consists of multidisciplinary teams including professional staff (accountants and lawyers), registration officers, and support staff.
