Your Mission :

Strategic Business Leadership :

  • Lead and optimize financial and operational performance in your region — driving EBITDA and KPIs.
  • Champion clinic efficiency, oversee supply / equipment budgets, and implement controls.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on business development and regional partnerships.
  • Lead operational readiness for new technologies and services with minimal disruption.

Clinic Excellence & Patient-Centric Quality :

  • Ensure top-tier patient experience and clinical service standards across your clinics.
  • Lead incident reviews, audits, and quality improvement plans.
  • Promote a culture of compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Maximize patient feedback engagement and use insights to guide service evolution.
  • Set and review SMART goals for Clinic Leads and nursing teams.
  • Coach and mentor staff, support high performers, and manage performance with compassion and clarity.
  • Ensure compliance with training standards and champion ongoing professional development.
  • Drive regional recruitment efforts and contribute to an outstanding onboarding experience.

Cross-Functional Impact :

  • Act as a key voice in regional strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align clinic operations with business priorities.
  • Report and follow through on safety events and quality concerns with precision and care.

What You Bring to the Table :

Credentials & Experience :

  • Registered Nurse in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally across multiple sites or clinic settings.
  • Bonus : Background in infusion clinic operations or Patient Support Programs.
  • Certifications in oncology, neurology, or rare disease care are strong assets.

Skills & Strengths :

  • Decisive, proactive, and deeply accountable.
  • Proven ability to lead with empathy, communicate with courage, and coach for success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence using tools like Office 365 and Power BI.
  • English proficiency required; French is an asset.
