• Has experience in sewing (industrial or artisanal)
• Feels comfortable with industrial sewing machines
• Is resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Enjoys hands-on work in a small, tight-knit team
• Bonus : experience with technical textiles or CNC cutting is an asset
