Join our Team at Timberlands Food Store!

Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Timberlands Food Store in Red Deer presents the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently looking for casual Courtesy Clerks to join our dynamic team.

Position: Courtesy Clerk

Casual: Less than 24 hours per week

Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers and respond to customer questions
  2. Ensure accurate processing of sale transactions
  3. Bag and assist with carrying out purchases
  4. Set up and maintain merchandise displays
  5. Promptly and efficiently verify prices on items for cashiers
  6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  1. Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  2. Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Team player with the ability to work independently
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
  6. Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required.)
