Salary Range: $6,818.58 CAD + vacation pay (per 3-credit course)

The Faculty of Arts and Science at Nipissing University invites applications from qualified instructors to teach Child and Family Studies courses during the Fall 2025 and Winter 2026 semesters.

Qualifications

  • A PhD or ABD in Psychology, Social Work, Health or related field (preferred)
  • Scholar/practitioner with the minimum qualification of an MA in Psychology, Social Work, Health or related discipline
  • Professional experience in a related field is required
  • Post-secondary teaching experience is required

Duties

  • Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned
  • Will be available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time
  • Complete mandatory training requirements, review and follow Nipissing University's policies and procedures
